At BoxedRX, we understand how critical your medical supplies are. Our goal is to ensure that your orders arrive as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Shipping Overview

We ship all orders from our U.S.-based facilities directly to your door. Orders may include continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), sensors, transmitters, and other durable medical equipment (DME) covered under Medicare or private insurance.

2. Processing Time

  • Insurance Orders:
    Orders that require insurance verification (including Medicare or Medicaid) typically ship within 3–5 business days after coverage is approved and documentation is received.
  • Self-Pay Orders:
    Orders that are paid out-of-pocket generally ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and product availability.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS (if opted in). You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • All shipments require a valid physical address and may require a signature upon delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional fees may apply for reshipping.

Each shipment may include:

  • Instructions for use
  • Medicare-required paperwork (if applicable)
  • Invoice or explanation of benefits
  • Contact information for reordering or support
