Returns& Refunds

BoxedRX is committed to ensuring you receive your medical supplies in safe, working condition. Due to the nature of durable medical equipment (DME), our ability to accept returns is limited by federal health regulations and insurance billing requirements.

1. Return Eligibility

To maintain the safety, integrity, and compliance of our operations, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged in transit
  • The product is defective upon arrival
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

All returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturer defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To comply with FDA and Medicare/Medicaid regulations, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Process and fulfill orders for CGM devices
  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in their original sealed packaging
  • Prescription-required devices after shipment
  • Any DME that has been billed to and reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance
  • CGM sensors and transmitters that have been activated or used

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method (for self-pay customers), or
  • We will initiate the proper documentation for a product replacement (for insurance-covered items)

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Support:
    Email support@boxedrx.com or call 469-476-5610 with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. Get Return Authorization:
    If your item is eligible, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Product:
    You may be responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect. Be sure to retain tracking information.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement
  • Cover return shipping (if required)
  • Report the issue to the manufacturer if applicable

6. Important Notes

  • We cannot issue refunds for late shipments due to carrier delays outside our control.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items that are refused at delivery without prior authorization.
  • Orders canceled after they ship may not be eligible for a refund, especially if items are custom, sterile, or prescription-labeled.
